| Payment
-
All fees for the current month are due on the 1st
of each month. Payments
will be considered late after the 15th of the
month, and any unpaid fees will be assessed a $25.00
late payment fee.
Please
be advised that you are required to pay for all
contracted days with no exceptions for days not attended
or illness. Vacation days are in accordance to your
agreement. In the event that your child’s school or
district is closed during normal hours of operation, you
are obligated to pay the FULL DAY CARE FEE whether or
not your child uses the program on that day. In
the event that your child’s school or district has a
two hour delay or an early dismissal during normal hours
of operation, you are obligated to pay the TWO HOUR
SCHOOL DELAY CARE FEE OR EARLY DISMISSAL CARE FEE
whether or not your child uses the program on
that day.

| Sibling
Discount - A $2/day decrease
for second and subsequent children in Day Care or School
Plus Programs. Please note that the sibling discount
DOES NOT apply to employees, scholarship recipients,
or children receiving any other subsidized financial
assistance.

Registration
Fee (Required)
- A $30 per child or $45 per family
Registration Fee is due upon registration. This fee
is non-refundable.

Security
Deposit (Required)
- A $50 per child Security Deposit is due
upon registration. YOU
ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE THE CENTER A 30 DAY ADVANCE
WRITTEN NOTICE TO HAVE THIS DEPOSIT APPLIED TO YOUR
FINAL STATEMENT. |

Breakfast
Fee (Optional) - A $25 per
month Breakfast Fee is to be paid in accordance to the
Agreement signed at the time of registration.

Late
Fee -
A Late Fee of $15 per fifteen minutes, per child, will
be charged after 6:00 p.m.
|

Returned
Checks -
A Returned Check Fee of $20 per incident will be charged
to your account. |
